Every paid tier includes revision rounds, 2 to 4 depending on tier. If you are not happy after revisions, there is a 14-day full refund on Starter and Business. Pro and Commerce refunds are milestone-based because of the work involved, with details at checkout.
Starter takes 48 hours, Business 7 to 10 days, Pro 10 to 14 days, and Commerce 3 to 4 weeks, since uploading products is the slow part. The rush add-on cuts these times in half.
