General

A software development agency builds custom software end to end: strategy, design, engineering, and deployment. At Pinkontin we specialize in SaaS platforms, web and social applications, e-commerce, cross-platform mobile apps, and AI-powered software. You work with one accountable team from the first wireframe to production, instead of stitching together freelancers.

We run two offices, in Istanbul, Türkiye and Rochester, New York, and work remotely across European and US time zones. That overlap lets us collaborate live with clients on both sides of the Atlantic and ship on a schedule that fits your working hours.

We've delivered projects across healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, education, social media, logistics, fashion, legal, insurance, and more. Our process adapts to any domain.

Project & Process

It depends on scope, but here are honest ranges: a corporate website ships in 4-6 weeks, an MVP mobile app in 6-10 weeks, and a full SaaS platform in 3-6 months. We commit to a fixed timeline only after a short discovery phase, since guessing a date before we understand the scope helps no one. You get a sprint-by-sprint plan rather than a vague promise.

We work in agile two-week sprints. Each sprint ends with a working demo, so you see real progress every two weeks instead of waiting months. You get a dedicated project manager, a shared board where you can track every task, and direct access to the engineers building your product. We sync over Slack, email, or whatever tool your team already uses.

Yes, this is one of our most common engagements. We embed as an extension of your in-house team, working inside your repos, your sprint cadence, and your tools (Jira, Linear, Slack, GitHub). Whether you need extra senior capacity for a quarter or a full squad to own a product line, we plug in without the ramp-up overhead of a new hire.

We stay involved after launch. Every project can roll into a maintenance plan covering bug fixes, security patches, dependency upgrades, uptime and performance monitoring, and new feature work. Plans are month-to-month with the same SLA response times as our support tiers (see below), so your product keeps improving long after day one.

Technical

Our core stack includes React, Next.js, TypeScript, Laravel, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind CSS. We also work with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and various cloud services. We pick the right tools for each project.

Yes. We build cross-platform mobile apps using React Native, which allows us to deliver for both iOS and Android from a single codebase, reducing development time significantly.

Yes — we regularly integrate with payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), CRMs, email services, analytics tools, and custom APIs. If it has an API, we can connect to it.

Security is designed in from day one, not bolted on later. We follow OWASP best practices, encrypt data at rest and in transit, enforce least-privilege access, and run dependency and vulnerability scans in CI. When your product handles regulated data we build to the right framework: GDPR and KVKK for personal data, HIPAA for health data, and SOC 2 controls for enterprise procurement. We document those controls so your auditors and your customers can verify them.

Pricing & Support

We use two pricing models. Fixed-price works best for well-defined projects with a clear scope, where you know the cost upfront. Time-and-materials suits evolving or long-running products where requirements will change; you pay for actual work done, billed monthly with transparent timesheets. Not sure which fits? We'll recommend one in your free consultation, and there's a side-by-side comparison further down this page.

Yes. We offer a free initial consultation to understand your project, discuss feasibility, and provide a rough estimate. There's no obligation.

Yes. We offer maintenance plans that cover bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring, and feature enhancements after your product goes live.

You get a dedicated project manager, weekly sprint demos, and access to a shared project board. We communicate via Slack, email, or your preferred tool.

We keep contracts straightforward. Fixed-price projects define milestones and deliverables upfront. Time-and-materials work is billed monthly with detailed timesheets. There are no lock-in periods, so you can pause or end an engagement with 30 days' notice, and you own 100% of the code and IP we deliver.

Yes. Every maintenance plan includes a written SLA with guaranteed response times: critical issues (production down) are acknowledged within 4 hours, and non-critical requests within 24 business hours. Enterprise clients can add custom SLAs with tighter targets and on-call coverage. The SLA is written into your contract, so response times are committed, not left to chance.
